YOU ARE BEAUTIFUL! You are uniquely YOU… Unstoppable Sheroes of Tomorrow! Beyonce asked, “Who runs the world”? And of course, the answer is a resounding: GIRLS! James Brown says, “It’s a man’s world, but it would be nothing without a woman or a girl!” Oprah Winfrey stated, “When you train a girl, you train a nation.” Jada Pinkett Smith wrote a book entitled, “Girls Hold Up the World”! YOU are that Girl… Unstoppable Sheroes of Tomorrow! Since the beginning of time, ladies, girls and women have worked hard, struggled and uplifted other women! Are you your Sister’s Keeper? Or are you a hater or a mean girl? You choose… Life is about choices. You choose to help others. You choose to be an up-stander, standing up for those who cannot stand up for themselves. Think for a minute about Harriet Tubman and her fearlessness. How about Cleopatra and her leadership? What about Michelle Obama and her integrity? They were/are ALL confident, changemakers ... UNSTOPPABLE SHEROES. Throughout the year, we have strived to give you unforgettable experiences and plant the seeds to challenge you, to inspire you to want more and dream BIG! We have had lots of FUN while serving others, dancing, yoga, going to the mall for the BFF scavenger hunt, plays, and eating out. We have also dealt with more serious issues such as: becoming a leader, acting like a lady, goal-setting, music, health and wellness, body image and above all else, Self- Respect! Leading Ladies: Remember – “ You gotta put that armor on”! “No better you than the you that you are… No better life than the life we're living.” Say it loud and proud and believe it: “I’m STRONG ; I’m CONFIDENT, I’m INVINCIBLE” . We know that when you fall down you WILL get up! So... It is with great pride and pleasure that we recognize your achievements today.
